Fauna averaged like 9-12k~ and there's several ENs who do that, she was the runt of her gen in terms of subs and both Nerissa and Biboo will likely reach 1 million faster than she did (while also doing it organically, instead having a bunch of pity subs push her over 1 mill before she left)
Moom averaged like 10-14k but abused the ever loving hell out the rarity and karaoke buffs, and her average in reality was probably like 5-8k
Really the only unreachable level you named is Gura, she's such a massive product of "right time, right place" that reproducing that level of popular is near impossible, to the degree where she can't even do it herself as Saba
