If they were refusing to offer a redesign to Kronii that would explain why the guys started fighting with management less than a week after Vesper got his new design. A series of fights over redesigns in the EN branch would also explain why Cover gave creative input to Advent and Justice. That is a huge change in Hololive but is mysterious since none of the EN talents can explain what caused that change.
