Someone needs to reduce the sourness of this sour greek yogurt.
> Like compare them to an actual real athlete and how much more intense athletic movements are, yet athletes on a SMART strengthening program rarely get tendon problems, and even if they do they rehab it quite easilyIt's not the same. Athletes do bigger wider movements, musicians do smaller way more repetative movements. Which wears down fast. I'm not the most athletic, but I never had this much overuse from anything training related before. Which I stopped doing cuz I'm focused on other things. Even fucking golfers get injuries from overuse, and it's common apperently. Maybe you just have an inaccurate idea of overuse type injuries?
>Btw I said vitamin d3 is probably the most important vitamin for muscular/tendon problems and you completely disregarded this lmao and told me im a movement based snake oil salesman? How can you sell movement? It's the fucking D3 that is an actual big pharma supplement you have to buy and takeI'm not shilling anyone to go out and buy vitamin D pills. I just say I take it myself, you are the one directly shilling it to me. I said it works on me.
