Think about that: whenever you are laboring or converting your energy into a nothing, what are you actually doing besides trying to traverse the living into the dead. That's a huge moral violation.

So when I say 'work', I mean 'stay busy' whenever possible. Because that _does_ have a moralizing effect. And if that's your goal, you will always find a roof over your head, and your circumstances improving.

I work in real estate and would recommend HVAC or electrician. You make bank and can operate your own business. Trash haulers also make a ton of money. Radon testing seems like a simple way to make money but I haven't looked into that one.Of course I live in Portland where people renovate the shit out of houses.

Cause IT has become a commodity. Easy to get an onshore Pajeet to do the work for dirt cheap. It's also outsourced for most companies that are decent sized. Cannot compete with someone who makes dirt cheap wages offshore or onshore.

If anyone wants a good area in the automotive area, my dad used to have a benz shop. Diesels are where its at. Find a shop to allow you to wageslave for them and learn about diesels. As much as you can. I got a job offer despite being illiterate in diesel engines. they were offering 56k starting salary. You can even become a diesel tech for a big company with trucks that need to stay on the road.
