The Grosse Pointe area is an odd duck. The ghetto and the very high end areas are separated by a street. Also, there are probably back taxes owed on that home that will have to be paid. It's probably missing all of it's electrical wiring, and plumbing. I doubt it has it's furnace, or boiler, or water heater. It probably has mold, due to lack of any sort of upkeep. Couple all that with being in a shit neghborhood, and you get yourself a 13k house. Can you tell what street divides the ghetto from the nice area in this photo?
