you should do sprint flies, where you take your time accelerating (for example, start running at 60%, then try to get to 80-90% speed gradually in 15-20/25ish meters), then once you pick up a good pace, you focus on going as fast as possible for a set amount of meters. Very good for training top speed, cause you don't have to spend any effort in accelerating.
Also I would do 200m/400m sprints at 90ish or 95ish % for high volume, liek 10-12 reps or more, focusing on using the pace you already have to "bounce" from one step to the other. its very good for training the elasticity of your tendons, it makes you springier!
