My price target used to be C$40/share but that was below $3k gold. At $4k gold price the NPV8% is still more than 2x higher from here. A double would mean AAUC trades at 0.8x NPV8% at $4k Au which is a reasonable price target. Higher price target if gold sustains higher for longer obviously.

Honestly thinking it will go above C$100/share this cycle.

Looks pretty good and valuation seems attractive. Don't know how big permitting risk is though. They say they have a valid water permit, which is a problem in the area, but it was given a long time ago.

The nearby Rio2 opted for a water trucking option in their mine plan, so that is also an option. There are also water desalination pipeline projects along the coastline (I know this as a HCH shareholder, those guys own a majority of one such project further down South) but I don't know how far off the closest one is to this project.

I'm just starting with my DD but I like the asset. Will probably look at this over the weekend

looks like it's gone up too fast like in October. Hopefully it either keeps going up or consolidates for 1-2 weeks then continues rising. I hope it doesn't crab for 2 months like last time.
