That's the whole sign. They advertise that they have canned, processed beans, to attract rich English tourists. So rich that they travel to exotic tropical jungle locations... To eat canned beans.

As a burger I still don't understand this reasoning. If the food has been simple reliable and tasty for such a long time, what's the problem? If someone is drinking plain black coffee are they living in 1945 because they don't have a $10 starbucks frap?
