Im not saying he dosent need medication I'm just saying some form of practical therapy where he builds some positive memories would most likely be very helpful.
Im not saying he should stop taking meds I'm saying he should add this on as well. The only reason I mentioned doing it while not on meds is because that's what worked for me.
Meds are an important piece of the puzzle for most people going through this shit I'm just saying that if meds and talk therapy alone have not made enough of an improvement then trying this type of approach will most likely help.
