>I dont use phoneYeah I'm saying i couldn't load captchas on my computer but the app I use for posting from my phone (usually just while in bed) has a feature for DNS encryption and for whatever reason it allowed me to load captchas on my phone so I could post from there.
4chan often randomly range bans certain ISPs I don't know why, they also sometimes put a fake ban for some reason that goes away if you just try to post again.
With me it wasn't stuck on a timeout like urs the captcha box was just blank so its probably a different issue but try the thing with kuroba if you have a smartphone, the DNS over HTTPS thing is in experimental settings.
Also the range ban is applied to basically all VPN servers so check you don't have ur VPN on as it also can cause issues with cloudflare.
