Your suggestion is that since we don’t know what caused the universe to exist, and since logically everything needs to have a cause, we will assume that there is a living being with thoughts and desires created the universe and that being doesn’t need a cause.
You just pushed the issue back (what caused the existence) and proposed more unverifiable unsupported assumptions.
