This may work in primitive, unevolved, uncivilized societies, but produce low IQ high-physical offspring. After many generations, the whole 'tribe' or population has 'evolved' to be low IQ, and a side effect may be 'MUH DICK'.
In other evolved and high IQ societies, the children are the products of parent selection based on Prospects, ability, IQ, Intelligence, skills, knowledge, etc etc everything that is required for an individual to be HIGH-FUNCTIONING in a HIGHLY DEVELOPED and HIGH FUNCTIONING SOCIETY. After many generations, that 'Tribe' or Society will be more intelligent and effective than previously.
In the second case, 'DICK SIZE' is never considered, as the values aof the Parents are whether the partner of their child is going to be a positive producer, and be a net benefit to the Family. 'MUH DICK' is not even a consideration, in fact if the daughter goes out looking for 'MUH DICK' she will be disowned, dis-inherited and in some cases killed for putting 'MUH-DICK' above the honor and values of the family.
Short story long, if a group has the 'MUH-DICK' characteristic, then their whole population has been bred with intelligence, ability, knowledge and skills coming a very far second to 'MUH-DICK', and have evolved to be retarded as a race.
Societies that have chosen based on intelligence, skills, abilities, family standing etc etc and NEVER EVEN CONSIDER DICK SIZE are the high value, high ability, high intelligence societies that have developed advanced civilizations.
