I would recommend trying different things tho, in the jailbreak or assistant prefill try to mention/instruct it to only write x amount of sentences or paragraphs or characters. Also something big to keep in mind is that the next response is always informed by the previous responses, so if the last couple of responses have been 4 paragraphs then the next one will be too. That goes the same for all the little errors it might make at the beginning of a chatlog like writing "OOC I have complied with the requests ot make an inruing story" etc, you need to edit them out manually so it doesn't "learn" from it!
