It helped me a little, but I'm an exercise fiend so I was too fucked for simple proprioceptive training, for me I need that, plus high-dose ibuprofen (just coming off now), plus targeted strength training for lateral isometric force transfer through the trunk and hips, plus glute strengthening and activation, plus a metric shitload of very painful foam rolling. All of that together appears to be kicking my bursitis's ass. But you're a separate person so you should get your own assessment, and I think I had a bad case because I ignored it for a couple of years while deadlifting 3x/week, hiking 3x/week, doing a bunch of extra walking because I live in an ADU with no plumbing, etc. Cuban motion feels nice tho, I'd give it a try.
