When it comes to the KJV and the reformation you should look into the Catholic response. Chris pinto documentaries are a good place to start. You'll learn about the history of the Bible.
Pretty much everything the Catholic Church was doing the Bible said not to and even warned of false teachers that forbid marriage.

The trinity is kind of funky because it says the Holy Spirit is God when Jesus said it/he was a messenger/helper/comforter
It is God's presence though. They get some things right and a lot wrong. There's only one man who is the living word of God and we know him by the name of Jesus Christ. The one Jews rejected.
When they rebuild that temple there's going to be a lot of false prophets and false messiah's just like previously. In Acts 5:35 they mention another guy who failed and why they should leave Christians alone.
