>>15123713I can't drink milk because it triggers my asthma. It took me 20 years to make this connection. No doctor, no allergist, no pharmacist, not my parents, me. I have been suffering from asthma every day of my childhood, teenage, and adult years because I thought it was just a simple case of bad lungs and bad genetics. Turns out it was because my favorite breakfast was cereal with milk and I ate it several times a week growing up. I'm now in my 30's and finally figured out that milk was the problem the whole time. The timing was great because Covid was going on and you could see the mainstream press shilling for the vaxx. When looking up milk & asthma, it's just premier medical organizations shilling that there's no connection at all.
I no longer drink milk and because of it I can finally exercise, lift, jog, walk, or labor without need of having an inhaler. I'm supremely out of shape because I never ever really exercised due to asthma but now I can. The moment I have a glass of milk, everything changes. Cheese or Yogurt seems to do nothing. Just milk. I don't get it.
