>>6369407"our" as in "european" or as in "bulgarian"? and it's not that, if i had to guess, it'd be because industrial farmers in the west use different species of tomato that aren't as flavorful to our palate. maybe because they're sturdier or something, idk. also they use a lot of chemicals while growing them.
and yeah, brazillian food would probably fall under "med" cuisine with whatever ingredients the natives used there, so i believe you when you say it's good.
