Erythriol and other sugar alcohols: not artificial and are metabolized only to some degree and slower, don't have an impact on blood sugar and isn't even counted as "artificial sweetener"
Aspartame: no insulin response and safely metabolized, problems are the traces of chemicals used in its production which are very unhealthy
Stevia: makes you more sensitive to insulin release but somehow doesn't trigger it (idk how that works)
Acesulfame: probably pretty high insulin response but no research because, well, it's cheap and people would like to keep using it :)
Saccarin: if you consume it with sugar (which is basically inevitable to some degree, it enhances the effects and throws off the balance considerably
Sucralose: Needs very high doses to get a readable insulin response
