I always want to improve myself and a lot of the time I'll start reading and lifting again for a while only to backslide into laziness and sloth for a while. Two steps forward one step back and all that. For instance I really started lifting at the end of August and was doing pretty good strength training until finals and I've been in and out of the gym since.
I feel that accountability is a big issue here. Being accountable only to myself makes it easy to cheat.
