Turn to him so that you may receive THE TRUTH that only he can deliver. It doesn't matter if you have 140IQ and highest academic credentials, you will never correctly understand the bible with your own intelligence, you will have scales over your eyes and mind, the knowledge MUST be imparted to you by God, and if you do not humble and submit to him and accept Jesus as your Lord, you can read the bible for 100 years and still not have the correct understanding.
