“Is everything in order?” Cassie asks.
Delilah nods. “The base pay and the bonuses are what you wanted. They’ve agreed to sell ad time at a discounted rate for your soon to be opened new nightclub, Xtacy Tokyo, as per your specifications. The contract doesn’t have an exclusivity clause, meaning you remain free to work with the WWA whenever you want to and allowance is made for your WWA dates to take priority in the event of a scheduling conflict.” Delilah smiles up at Cassie. “Everything you told me to demand is right here, boss. And they gave me my manager’s licence so I can witness your greatness from ringside.”
“Good girl,” Cassie replies. There’s a grin on her face as she takes the document and signs her name at the bottom of it, before turning to the executive. “Congrats. Your company just secured some star power, something you clearly need if that ice girl that’s been humiliated by one of WWA’s own is what you call a champ here.”
“We’re happy to have you on board,” he says quietly.
Cassie doesn’t reply and silently gazes down at the ring below, just as the bell rings when Lexi defeats ArKade by submission.
