I called the desk to complain about these people stomping and using power tools above me. She said there was no one working up there and that she would send security. I went up there and saw that among the 40 rooms on that floor, the only one with workers was the room above mine. Security never came so I went down to the lobby to see what the fuck the problem was. When I got down there, the guard was just standing in the lobby. I asked why didn't he go yet and I didn't know what I was talking about. I asked the woman why she didn't send him and she told me she already told him to go. I said, "Obviously you didn't he's just standing there and he didn't know what I was talking about when I asked him." She said, "He's going right now." I said, "Obviously not, he's still standing there and he didn't know what I meant when I asked him." He interrupted to say he was going but I told him he obviously wasn't because the elevator already came when it brought me down and he was still there. I demanded answers from the lady at the desk and she went into full nigger mode, and this where she really pissed me off: she said, "He already went and talked to them," which was the several-th lie she told me after telling me there's no workers, that she told him to go that he was going right then, and then that he already gone to talk to them. That last one, "He already went," really pissed me off since it was such an obvious fuck you to me. I called them N-words and some other cunt in the lobby told me to be nice, and then the lady at the desk and the guard both said, "Fuck you," to me as I was leaving.
