idk i cook it until soft, which is usually an hour but i just googled a bunch of recipes and they're all in the 50-75 minute range
sometimes i cut the chunks too big and have to cook it longer but then the smaller ones completely disintegrate
i don't know, frying it in lard gives it taste
the chinese fry noodles too no?
