it's borderline impossible that revenue/profit from his LGS and his online store operation could have afforded him to rake up these portfolios, even if he bought the at the GFC lows and DCA'd ever since.
I suspect that there is a good seven figure inheritance of some sort which has never been disclosed. If there wasn't others would have replicated his approach and most likely would've been known in the cardboard scene. But he seems to be the lone wolf.
