Either you bring the mexicans and materials to the site to be assembled or it gets done in a warehouse on an assembly line, either way the house is going to be made like shit these days. The only way you get it done right is by doing it yourself and most people lack the time,skill or money to build a house from brick or stone. There is very little difference between a McMansion and Tay's house in terms of construction, you can Kool-aid man through the walls just as easily.
