idk would it work in nyc? cant right? the rust belt is run down and everyone left so like no one cares about anyway which means the cops are cheap and can be easily bought off also, the cops are malleable because they have to deal with endless crime anyway and it hawks tuah point
so here is my current structure
part 1: gladiatior school (the streets of nyc)
part 2: gaining the interest of a snobby sadistic rich girl
part 3: underground gladiator pits
(the gladiator pits are rich only btw, since its well known that the rich all have sick interests)
part 4: snuff films
