While I know this is a shitpost thread, and while yes alot of american culture stems around food; if you go into the rural areas of america there is some neat little remnants of the old times.
Around me we have alot of harvest chowders, where citizens of a town will bring in their surplus food and have ot made into soup by the old chowder masters and have a weekend long party. Theres also founders day parades, with dances and raffles and all the party fixings. Theres alot of culture in america but it isnt ever shown because the rural areas are shamed.
But you guys dont care, you just wanna shitpost.
