Ingredients time!
- 4 (6 oz) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1/3 c chicken stock (or dry white wine)
- 2 tsp sage
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
I used dried spices, but I'm sure this would taste wonderful with fresh!
I also used oregano instead of sage, because that's what I prefer.
