>>12262304>Also where do the aryans come from and how are they different from other indo europeans?I guess it depends on how you define aryans. There is a particular people that really stands out among the rest. The very first people that used horses in warfare. As you can imagine, it was quite the gamechanger. These people are called the yamnayas
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yamnaya_cultureWhile the wiki page doesn't go into detail about it, there really is no stronger candidate for the first horseriding people. Some will mention the Botai people, while there is evidence that the botai people did domesticate horses to some extent, domesticating and riding horses are not the same. It might seem weird that someone would domesticate horses and never ride them, but considering it was never done before in world history, it's not so weird. The botai people never expanded their genes and they died out. The yamnayas expanded into Europe and pretty much every european today is a descendent of the them. They pretty much wiped out the indigenous population of Europe. Any other candidate as the original indo-european people are descendants from the yamnaya. Not only is horseback riding a gamechanger in warfare, hunting also becomes so much easier that you now can get enough freetime to form a higher civilization that otherwise only farming would allow.
