Worked as a 1099 for three days at a big fancy high performance auto shop doing paperwork and the bigwig boss man there told me all about it. Bragged about how his bank-owner friend got him set up with the security system. The irony is he was a boomer and neglected the shop’s cybersecurity and a few months after I had moved on, my friend there told me about how their shop OS got hacked by ransomware. The whole place went back to paper and fax until they got a new OS installed. Never did get the old system back.
