Vatican 2 is not Catholic. They have a new mass, new rites, new beliefs that contradict church teaching.
Sspx is not schismatic. Though technically some traditional catholics consider them such due to their communion with Rome. Currently it's partial communion.
Also Vatican 2 has no authority to excommunicate you since they are not valid priests or even practitioners of the Catholic faith.
