1)Continue down the path you've been on forever and when you reach 50 you'll be making the same complaints
2)Make a change
Your obviously a wise person, you can look at life through the lens of brutal honesty. that's extremely valuable. I have no idea what it is you want in life but if it's money or wealth, your age and the wisdom that come with it are extremely valuable assets.
jeff bezos was 33 when he took amazon public and the next year he was worth 1.6 billion. Change can happen quick. Who's to say you don't make the change and end up achieving your happiness goals by age 45?
