Fun factz: The organ donation process takes several hours, and cannot be performed on a corpse. So, they have to take someone who is still alive, and start meticulously cutting them apart. They start with non-essentials like the liver and kidneys, and only cut out the heart at the very end.
The true horror is that throughout this process, the victim remains fully conscious. By protocol they don't give the victims anaesthesia, the official guidelines merely dictate a paralytic agent be administered to prevent the victim from fighting back (or worse, screaming for help). If you are dumb enough to not opt out of organ donation, you can expect your end to consist of a team of "doctors" (probably Jewish) standing around you, cutting into you for up to 6 grisly hours as you feel absolutely everything. They might stare dispassionately into your pleading eyes, but expect no mercy. Organ harvesters are specialised teams of psychopaths hospitals call in from dedicated companies, they do nothing but organ extraction and they KNOW their victims are alive and in absolute agony the whole time. But murdering you gets them rich, and dead men tell no tales. At least your family will never know how much gruesome torture you endured in your final hours.
