The black guy who wrote the "Sisqo goes back in time and fights waycism" episodes, and forced the general "nigger rights" themes that started to pollute the end of DS9 went to work on Discovery (STD) as one of the writers. They made a big deal about how this cool older real "BLACK HE'S BLACK GUYS LOOK A BLACK DUDE" writer was working on the show. Very diverse.
But then he was fired pretty quickly. Fired, because he was telling the other writers a story about his real life experience of racism in the 50s when someone called him a "nigger." The zoomer woke writing staff got a nigger fired for telling a story about how he was called nigger by a racist in the good old days.
