This is not normal wheat pasta, this is 100% buckwheat pasta which is not a cereal and therefore doesn’t have gluten, at the same time it has the same nutrients as normal pasta but it doesn’t hurt you nor raise your sugar levels or give you a leaky gut in the long term.
The pasta has been cooked in mussel broth and some water to give it the flavour of the sea, the sauce is Sicilian pachino tomatoes and tuna fillets cooked in olive oil and some mussel broth, then it’s been dressed with nori seaweed for extra iodine.
It’s a balanced meal, you could ideally add green vegetables on the side like spinach and some nuts.
