Add to this R1b/I1a/I2b is almost exclusively related to either the expansion of Celts and Germanics while there are Germanic subclades of R1a it's clear that Czechs have more Celtic/Germanic ancestry than slavic but this is already apparent when looking at their autosomal dna. It should be noted R1a concentrations are a lot higher in Moravians than bohemians and these studies are aware of sudentenland germans and dont mix them with slavic speaking czechs
