The officer was an officer from the group homes area and he was not in the district he was assigned to.
I was charged with AWAL. In court Skully covered up the fact that my parents where not contacted by the CAS that I was supposed to be visiting them. It would have been a smoking gun.
their story was that I ran and took the drugs myself and made up the whole story. Still to this day 30 years later my CAS file says I'm a flaming raping faggot and so does my CPIC file.
