>>17760691i dont think people realise how important outside influences are. yes people can "fix" themselves. but its never gonna yield much results, you are basically gonna keep having to push 24/7 for idk how long. its funny because when you tell yourself you did something good. that cant compare at all to someone else saying it, or someone you like a lot. having good people in your life matters more than getting therapy. i can "process" my traumas all i want it wont get my anywhere. eventually you just realise by wasting more energy resisting all the time. you end up hurting yourself more than you have to.
