2nd You're missing the point. The West may technically follow immigration law and provide aid, but the moral question isn't about legality alone, it's about whether societies embody the spirit of justice, mercy, and hospitality that Christ taught. Obeying laws doesn't automatically fulfill Christ's ethical standards, legalism without compassion is still a moral failure
Selective enforcement, xenophobia, and public hostility toward immigrants betray those principles, even if laws exist on paper.
