I'm starting to learn your tactics. Let me guess - the algorithm works something like this:
Normiefags are more likely to click on threads with a lot of replies, so you in turn shill your own threads about le blacked etc and the normiefags read it, flood the entire catalog with such shillthreads - that way you focus the attention of most normie fags minimizing potential exposure to lurkers. Once a actual relevant thread pops up, involving (((your))) exposure you might shill here and there in the beginning. However, based on previous statements - once the thread starts reaching critical mass you increase your shilling tactics. You hope the thread doesn't reach unmaintainable proportions. If it isn't being exposed to a significant amount of people(peak viewing periods in specific) you'll let it roll, but if it starts gaining momentum at a peak period and you cannot stop the happening - you delete the thread.
