Grits(which are basically polenta) and butter.
Biscuits(called scones in Europe, in America a scone is a triangular brick with fruit in it that hipsters get for breakfast with their lattes) and sausage gravy(this is like a bechamel sauce with chopped breakfast sausage in it).
Hash browns(shredded and pan-fried potatoes)
Country ham - This is basically a very salty ham.
