However I am willing to discuss with you the question of whether Homura or Mami has the best hair. It's a tough choice because while Homura can definitely pull off the ghost look, there's only one thing I can think of when I see drills like Mami's... Mami has a lot of great bondage art too, or at least that's what I remember from when I was little, but I don't think that's relevant here... I liked her a lot back then.
