Ehhh sometimes when it comes to fixing things can be difficult with rented rooms~ I would like a studio but its incredibly small then and in my opinion I don't think I will get it since waiting list has 50 people ><
Sometimes you dont get your deposit back too because landlords will just simply find a way to not give it back!
