well this was just my first experiment but to be honest i probably wouldn't use rosemary anyway because i associate it with chicken too much. i went to one of those hipster burger places once and i found the fries deeply disturbing because there was something that felt heavy and meaty about them. later i realized it's because they season their fries with rosemary
