If Priscilla were to truly humble Carmody, bring her to heel as she did to Nikki, Colby would never understand her methods, even if it would be for the best in the long run. Just the mere idea of them wrestling each other has likely sent Colby into a panic.

The fact that this match could massively increase Carmody's profile, something she wanted to do anyway?
No, she couldn't turn this down. Not when some part of her wants it as badly as Carmody.
