Among the ME, there's true ME (Anatolia), Indianized ME (Iran/Caucasus), and Africanized ME (Natufian). All 3 existed 10,000 years ago, and all 3 were closer to each other than to any other race.
Modern Europeans all have massive Anatolian ancestry from the farmers, as well as a large amount of Caucasus ancestry from the Aryans. Africanized Natufian ancestry is absent in "nords" but hits around 4% in "meds" due to very recent invasions.
What we call "med" and "nord" are comparable to "castizo" and "mestizo" with varying degrees of Anatolian vs. indigenous admixture.
