this idea that people are deficient in the modern age is retarded. people are eating way too much of everything but specifically meat dairy and eggs. if you are overweight or have heart disease its not a deficiency its an excess of food. eating less caloric restriction and fasting have all shown to extend lifetime.
I hate this notion that we need to add more stuff to fuel our body. In fact elimination and cleaning out the body specifically the digestive track will give you more energy afterwards than putting more 'fuel' in will.
