Daily Habits: I've been going to bed an hour earlier, and avoiding screens for the first and last hours of the day. Mainly reading during that time.
Diet: I already eat fairly healthfully, I just need to eat more. As my exercise routine becomes more strenuous, I'll gradually increase my calories.
Socially: I'm going to try interacting more with male friends rather than just my gf. Hike, camp, hang out, help each other with /diy/ projects, etc.
Professionally: I'm preparing for a major certification/licensing exam coming up in a few months.
