Just accept the fact that you are tracked in virtually all of your online activity and act accordingly. That's literally the best piece of OPSEC advice you could get.
Security is not a binary, it's a threshold. It's always: "is this good enough security for my use case?" If you're on a gaming rig, your video card driver is doing plenty of telemetry, too. Actual privacy is insanely hard even for professional IT engineers who aren't specialized in network, sysadmin/devops, pentesting, webdev, ... People who work in these fields for a living don't even try it because they know it's a hopeless endeavor (Dunning-Kruger "humble valley"). Just use the O/S that's the best tool for the job (use case-oriented computing)
