America gets all of north america, central america, south america, the atlantic islands, and western europe, while russia gets india, asia, eastern and central europe, and the pacific islands. We split africa and antarctica, and use africa as a massive mine/ testing field for new volatile technologies that we're able to build now that there's no global conflict.
